Planned Range of Pallet and Construction Nails
Binarity S.L. is preparing to manufacture ring-shank and screw-shank pallet nails, as well as smooth and galvanised construction nails. Product types, dimensions, and supply formats will be tailored to the requirements of B2B customers.

Planned Product Range
During the initial phase, the product range will focus on the most widely used types of nails for pallet and wooden packaging production, as well as construction applications. Final dimensions and product specifications will be confirmed before manufacturing begins.
Ring-Shank Pallet Nails
Nails with an annular ring shank for increased withdrawal resistance. Intended for the production of wooden pallets, crates, and other transport packaging.
Screw-Shank Pallet Nails
Nails with a screw shank for joints requiring greater holding power. Designed for manufacturers of pallets and timber structures.
Smooth Construction Nails
Standard fasteners for general construction, manufacturing, and packaging applications. The available size range will be defined based on market demand and customer requirements.
Galvanised Finish
Selected products will be available with a protective zinc coating for use in humid environments and exterior applications.
Coil Nails — Future Product Line
Collated coil nails for pneumatic tools are being considered as the next stage of product range expansion following the launch of the core product line.
Sizes and Product Options
The final size range is currently being developed. During the initial phase, production will focus on the most widely used formats for pallet and wooden packaging manufacturers and the construction sector.

Quality Control

Inspection of the first manufactured items before starting full batch production.

Sample-based inspection during production and before packaging.
Dimensional Inspection
Measurement of nail length, diameter, head shape, and shank profile parameters.
Labelling and Traceability
Recording batch data, product characteristics, and inspection results.
Final acceptance criteria and the required supporting documentation will be defined in the production quality procedures.
Packaging and Future Supply
The packaging system will be designed for wholesale B2B supply, warehouse storage, and safe product transportation. Final packaging formats will be determined once the product range and the requirements of initial customers have been confirmed.

Following the production launch, deliveries are planned from Manresa to customers across Spain, southern France, and Portugal.
